Introduction

Our company is looking to hire a motivated and results-driven Tele sales that support our sales campaigns and customer, merchant and agent communication activities.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to explain services, offers, or campaign details.
• Conduct calls professionally and achieve assigned targets.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide clear and accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and call quality standards.

Main Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in tele sales or sales or call centers is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Good command of English is preferred.
